Donation Appeal
My dear respected brothers and sisters, it is only by the grace of Allah and through your prayers and kind donations that we have been able to continuously thrive in this noble cause. We appeal to you once again; please remember us in your valuable prayers and continue supporting us through your generous donations, lillah, sadaqah and zakaat. May Allah سبحانه وتعالى accept every donation and reward you abundantly. The present needs of the madrassah To ensure the best quality of education and a good upbringing, the madrasah requires 37 teachers/staff, who have salaries of approx. £35000, approx. 40 lakhs in Bangladeshi taka. There are around 200 orphans, poor and needy whose boarding costs total approx. £35000, or 40 lakhs. Maintenance costs, including electricity etc are around £15000, equivalent to 18 lakhs. Altogether, the madrasah requires £80000-£90000 a year to cover its running costs, being 85 to 95 lakhs. Ongoing construction One building is yet to complete its extension of the first and second floors to accommodate all the orphaned, poor and needy students, and teachers and staff, in a healthy environment, which will cost around £200000, or 220 lakhs. The extension has already began, so alhamdulillah, some of the work has been done. We hope Allah سبحانه وتعالى will make it easy to finish the rest of the work. We request your prayers and immediate support for this noble cause. Future plans Alhamdulillah, by the will of Allah سبحانه وتعالى , the madrasah has acquired a piece of land on which we intend to relocate the girl’s madrasah in a friendly, modern five-story building which will safeguard their privacy and see to it that they are given the best form of Islamic and secular education with a good upbringing, alongside learning tailoring, computing, nursing etc. To build this, it will cost approx. £300000.
